Stewart Germann
Director
Stewart Germann of Auckland, New Zealand was appointed a Notary Public in 1989.
Stewart who has been on the Council of the Society of Notaries for many years became President in 2013.
He is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries (ANZCN) and is a New Zealand Governor of the College.
In addition Stewart was formerly a director of WON, and was the President of C.L.A.N. from 2020 until 2024.
Stewart was awarded ONZM by King Charles the Third in the 2026 New Year Royal Honours in New Zealand for services to franchise law
Stewart is keen to increase the standards of Notarial Practice throughout New Zealand and really enjoys his involvement with ACLN.
