Brian D. O'Brien

Director

Brian was born in Kildare, Ireland and grew up in Carlow, Ireland.

He attended University College Dublin and Incorporated Law Society of Ireland and qualified as a Solicitor in 1974. Brian opened his own practice in Swords, Co. Dublin in 1975. He was appointed a Notary Public in 1981.

Brian has a general Legal/Notary practice in what was originally a small town but is now one of the fastest growing areas in Ireland.

While acting as Notary Public for a large number of local multinational companies, a lot of work has been done with people purchasing property abroad and  problems associated with this following the financial crash.

Brian has been a Director of the Faculty of Notaries Public in Ireland since 2015 and serves on the Finance Committee and the Vetting Committee for new Notaries.

In his spare time Brian is to be found on a golf course. He is a past Captain of the Solicitors Golfing Society and has played in many internationals including trips to Canada to play the Ontario Bar.
